Marriage or partnership with another human is one of our biggest relationships in life. It can be a source of vitality in our lives, and it can change and also be a huge challenge in our life. Sometimes, for various reasons, we get out of sync with our partner and can even lead into discussions on divorce and separation. This is challenging because our marriage or partnership is a key cornerstone of our whole life.
I am happy to dig more into these important relationships with Wendy Capewell. Wendy has over 15 years of experience in working with couples as a Psychotherapist and Relationship Counsellor
Today we are going to hear her thoughts on relationships and more information on how to make it work and when to move on.

I'm back this week after a brief hiatus. After a few different episodes looking at happiness and health and wellness, this week we are going to get back into learning more about helping and supporting our teens.
I am exciting to learn more about supporting our teens with their mental health from Counselor and Social Work Amy Shaffer Post. Amy has an extensive background in supporting teens in the school system, being a Learning Counselor, a School Social Worker, a Therapist and Clinical Manager for the last 15 years. She also holds a Master of Social work and has developed and delivered many training sessions and workshops over her career. I look forward to her thoughts on how to best support teens.

This week I am so excited to interview someone that I have been loving on Instagram for quite some time now. As I have been through my own journey of body acceptance, trying to find a balance between working out for the right reasons, and then eating in a healthful way, that doesn’t focus on my body size, body fat percentage or how my muscles pop in photos, I stumbled across Sam.
Sam Gwaz is a Virtual Coach with a B.S. Nutrition and M.S. in Kinesiology & Sports Nutrition. She has been putting great vibes out into the world and on Instagram in particular where she shows her tough workouts, how she hits her protein goals, but also how she actually eats foods that she loves and enjoys life. This week we pick her brain about her approach since this is really where I aspire to be!
