Episode 91: Talking about ‘The Biggies‘ with Devin Tomiak
Tuesday Nov 02, 2021
Tuesday Nov 02, 2021
As you know, on this podcast we talk about all the challenging things in life. My guest this week has found a way to help us speak with our children about all the challenging things too.
This week's guest Devin Tomiak has worked with Dr. Amy Engelman to develop The Biggies Cards, an innovative, research-based take on family conversation cards for elementary-aged kids. Her mission is to make it easy and fun for parents, teachers and caregivers to have BIG discussions about social emotional concepts with children. I think this is a must listen for parents and anyone working with children to gain tips on how to have these conversations.
