As part of our back to school series, this week we chat with Parenting Success Coach Anja Simmons about ways to prepare for back to school, including yoga and breath works to help them with the stress of school for children, teachers and parents.
Anja Simmons trained as a British Nursery Nurse and then became a nanny in England, Switzerland and Toronto. She went on to have her own family and found the joys and challenges of parenthood. She moved into the direction as a Parenting Success Coach to be there for parents as someone they can fully trusted to share in their struggles, support them and offer advice. She is also a certified yoga teacher in the Kripalu tradition.

During his studies in school, Nate discovered his passion for helping kids overcome the same challenges he faced as a child. Using this passion, he founded, Bullies Be Gone, a social media platform that helps empower bullying victims and change school climates. He speaks at schools to share mindset tools to help change the culture of the school into a culture of kindness.
We talk about the root of bullying, how to handle bullying as a child and parent, the challenges of social media and online bullying and more!
